All orders will ship out within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated (shipping may take an extra day during high-volume times such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday).

All orders are shipped from a USA address.

$6 Flat-Rate Shipping - Orders $100+ Ship Free (U.S. Only). Includes APO addresses.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your order has shipped.

When ordering for a special occasion or gift, please keep in mind possible post office delays, especially during high-volume times such as holidays.


Exchanges must be made within 5 days of purchase/delivery. Store credit only will be given, no refunds. Formalwear is final sale. Exchanges are only eligible for exchange when in perfect, original condition in which they were received: unwashed, tags attached and odor free. Please contact us before attempting a return/exchange. Discounted/Sale items are final sale. Accessories and gift items are not eligible for exchange. 

Buyer is responsible for return shipping and must obtain a tracking number for reference.

Before attempting a return/exchange, contact us. If you do not contact us prior to a return/exchange, we will mark your package "Return to Sender" and we will not be responsible for any lost postage fees you incurred.

Gift cards, sale/clearance items, pre-ordered/custom items and items won in a giveaway are not available for returns/exchanges.
